Your subscription
Flirq is a subscription service billed CA$39.00 per month. Your subscription auto-renews every month until you cancel — there is no fixed end date.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time:
- In the app — go to Account → Subscription → Cancel.
- By email — billing@flirq.app with your account email.
Cancelling stops all future renewals immediately. You keep access until the end of the current paid month; we do not charge you again after you cancel.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because Flirq gives you immediate access to digital content and features, subscription charges are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial-month refunds for time remaining after you cancel.
If you believe you were charged in error, you may request a review within 24 hours of the charge by emailing billing@flirq.app with your account email and the date of the charge. Refunds in these cases are granted at our sole discretion.
Billing questions & disputes
Card payments are processed by our authorized third-party payment processor; the charge appears on your statement with the processor's billing descriptor. To view or cancel your subscription, ask a billing question, or dispute a charge, contact Flirq billing — billing@flirq.app.
If you don't recognise a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
