Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Flirq (the "Service") is an open-minded chat web application for adults. By accessing or using Flirq, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. 18+ only

Flirq is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you must not use this Service. By using Flirq you represent and warrant that you are at least 18.

3. Nature of the Service

Flirq is currently in a limited testing phase. You can create an account, set up a profile, browse profiles, and exchange messages within the Service. Some features are limited on a free account and may require a subscription to unlock.

We may discontinue, modify, or expand the Service at any time without notice.

4. Your account

To use Flirq you create an account with your email address and either a password or a one-time sign-in link sent to your email. You may also provide a small set of preferences (age range, gender identity, what you're here for, turn-ons) and basic profile details.

You agree the information you provide is accurate and is yours to share, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials and email inbox secure. We may ask you to confirm your email address before you can continue using certain features.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service if you are under 18.
Submit someone else's email address, or impersonate another person.
Send unlawful, harassing, or abusive content, or any content that sexualizes minors.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Subscription, billing and renewal

Flirq offers a paid subscription that unlocks unlimited messaging and additional features. The current plan is CA$39.00 per month.

Recurring billing. When you subscribe you authorize a recurring charge of CA$39.00 (Canadian dollars) to your payment method every month. Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel — there is no fixed end date.
Payment processor. Payments are processed by our authorized third-party payment processor. The charge appears on your statement with a billing descriptor identifying the subscription. We never see or store your full payment-card number.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription. Cancelling stops all future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid month.
Refunds. All sales are final, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Price changes. We will notify you before any change to the subscription price; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

7. Intellectual property

The Flirq brand, design, copy, and code are owned by us. The profile photos displayed within the Service are used for illustrative purposes during the testing phase.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flirq and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
